With over 13 years of experience, I’ve dedicated my ever-evolving career to helping women reclaim their confidence, set healthy boundaries and create a life they love. My approach isn’t about perfection—it’s about practicality, humour and thriving in whatever way possible.

Having navigated my own journey through anxiety, depression, a narcissistic relationship and the loss of my father to mental health, I deeply understand the challenges women face in finding their voice.

I’ve been the peacekeeper, the people-pleaser and the “yes” woman, so I know how life-changing it is to break free from those roles.

Now, I combine my experience with professional expertise to empower women like you to step into your power and set boundaries without guilt.
