Launching January 19th

There’s a certain point where you realise you don’t need another framework.

You don’t need another program.
You don’t need to sign up for something intense.
You don’t need to overhaul your entire life.

You just need someone to help you make sense of what’s already happening.

That’s the space Upon Reflection comes from.

It’s the conversations I’m constantly having with women who are already doing the work, already self aware, already trying to choose themselves more often, but still find themselves looping.

Looping in the same relationship dynamics.
Looping in the same internal arguments.
Looping in the same patterns they swore they were done with.

Not because they’re failing.
But because insight alone doesn’t always land where it needs to.

Sometimes you just need language.
Sometimes you need perspective.
Sometimes you need someone to say the thing you already know, but haven’t been able to say to yourself yet.

Upon Reflection is a weekly rhythm of recorded audio and written reflections.
Podcast style conversations. Real. Direct. Unpolished.
Paired with writing you can come back to when the moment hits again.

It’s not gentle in the way people like to package growth.
It’s honest. It’s practical. It’s rooted in real life.

We talk about boundaries as they actually show up.
Communication when you’re trying not to people please.
Why you keep doing the thing you said you wouldn’t.
Why certain relationships feel harder than they should.
What happens when you outgrow a version of yourself but don’t quite know who you are yet.

The emotional stuff that doesn’t fit neatly into a program.

This isn’t a course.
There’s nothing to complete.
There’s nothing to keep up with.

You listen when something is stirring.
You read when you need grounding.
You come back when the reminder wears off.

It’s for women who want support but aren’t ready to commit to a full coaching container yet.
And for women who don’t need more noise, just clearer reflection.

I created this because I kept noticing the same thing.

Most women didn’t need more information.
They needed clarity.
They needed someone to reflect their situation back to them honestly, without fluff or fixing.

This is that space.

Upon Reflection launches January 19.

No pressure.
No performing.
No pretending growth is pretty.

Just real conversations you can return to, again and again, as your life unfolds.

If this feels like something you’d actually use, you’re welcome here.
